Strive2Thrive is a life-changing initiative to bring community support and resources to people who desire to get out of poverty. By providing a "hand-up, not a hand-out", Strive2Thrive uses every available resource to move Albany families into self-sufficiency,by providing coaching, training, and technical assistance. Through partnerships with community volunteers, organizations and local businesses, Strive2Thrive brings the community together to help families move from poverty to prosperity.
